Gas Spit. We would need access to the premises at least 4 - 5 hours before serving time.
Rain and wind are the biggest threats to a spit braai. Please ensure a suitable place to setup.
We would need 2 tables to serve from (at least 1.8m per table, depending on the number of side dishes etc.)
The prices do not include any cutlery, crockery, salt, pepper and serviettes.
Heating facilities (hot-tray's etc.) may be required for sides.
All spit equipment will be removed 90 minutes after serving time.
Payment Terms:
60% Deposit (Non-refundable) to confirm booking.
40% Balance to be paid latest 1 week before function.
FAILURE TO PAY IN FULL MAY RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF YOUR DEPOSIT AND THE CANCELLATION OF THE SPITBRAAI.
WE ONLY ACCEPT CHANGES IN WRITING UP TO 7 DAYS BEFORE THE FUNCTION.
Should any catering/Hire equipment be left behind for further use by and on request of the client, an addiitional R500 will be charged
for collection the next day.
The client will be held responsible for any damages while the equipment is left in their care.
We require a suitable area, well ventilated, with sufficient light to work eg. Braai area, Garage, Lapa, etc.
We cannot be held liable for damages.
We do not accept liability for any failure to provide the service contracted which are due to circimstances beyond our control, including electricity and water failures or fire
alarm evacuation.
We charge a transport fee of R6.50 per km for the round trip from Rawsonville to the venue and back.
